The Asia LEDS Partnership is a voluntary regional network comprised of individuals and organizations from the public, private, and non-governmental sectors active in designing, promoting, and/or implementing Low Emission Development Strategies (LEDS) in the Asia- Pacific region.
The ALP Steering Committee members consist of prominent representatives in the Asia-Pacific region from national governments, developmental and donor organisations, research institutions, non-governmental organisations and private sector entities. The members provide strategic advice on the work-plan of the ALP and its subsequent activities.

A Community of Practice (CoP) is a network of engaged experts and practitioners from a sector or working area who come together as a group to regularly engage in peer -to- peer learning to improve their personal and collective group knowledge.
The Building Energy Efficiency (BBE) CoP focus on building energy efficiency activities and convergence of sub-national building energy efficiency plans at national levels. The BEE CoP activities are designed with an intent to capture, support and facilitate the needs of sub-national governments to promote uptake of actions to enhance building energy efficiency.
The Clean Mobility CoP addresses challenges and opportunities towards the implementation of low emissions development strategies (LEDS), including usage of clean fuels and electric mobility, in the transport sector. The Clean Mobility CoP supports governments in transitioning towards clean mobility by strengthening the operational aspects and efficiency of public transport policies and systems in the Asia region.
The Grid-scale Renewable Energy (GRE) CoP brings together national and subnational governments, regulators, system operators, technical institutions, businesses, non-profits, and international organizations to discuss the policy, financing, technical challenges and solutions related to grid integration, competitive procurement and zoning of renewable energy projects across the Asia region.
The NDC Finance CoP addresses financial, policy and technical challenges to accelerate investment flows into NDC implementation efforts across the Asia-Pacific region
The Sub-National Integration (SNI) CoP addresses issues and opportunities in effectively integrating multi-level governance, through facilitation of cross-sectoral cooperation and the integration of climate policies and actions between national and subnational governments (vertically and horizontally), as well as with the private sector and civil society for helping countries in the Asia-Pacific region achieve their Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) targets
